Cancellation Policy
Our policies match the actual situation. Long appointments need more notice because they’re harder to refill. Short appointments stay flexible because they don’t need to be a big deal.
7 days notice required to reschedule or cancel. Less than 7 days = $100 or 50% of service value, whichever is less, due before your next booking. Includes Cezanne, full color, and color + cut.
24 hours notice for haircuts, scalp treatments, and shorter services. We’re flexible. Life happens.
100% of the service is charged to the card on file. Same policy regardless of service length.
We’ll work with you. If you’re running late, just let us know. Significant lateness on a long appointment may mean rescheduling.
If no card is on file, the full balance must be paid before rebooking. Clients with an outstanding balance will not be rebooked until resolved.
If you have an outstanding fee, your new appointment isn’t confirmed until payment is received. The time slot stays open to other clients until then.
Everyone gets one, no questions asked. Life happens. After that, the policy applies.
