The Makers Color System
Most color menus have twelve options. This one has three.
Color services are really just two questions in disguise. How much of your head are we doing? And how much time do we need? That is it. Everything else is noise.
At Makers, the color menu is built around that truth. A quick root touch-up is a different appointment than a full transformation. Naming them clearly and honestly means you show up knowing what to expect — and so does the schedule.
All prices are starting points. Every head of hair is different. The final price is determined in your consultation, in person, based on your actual hair.
All color services at Makers start with a consultation and finish with a signature blowout. What happens in between depends on which service you book. Processing time is yours — bring your laptop, your headphones, or nothing at all.

New Client
Color.
If this is your first color appointment at Makers, start here. The New Client Color gives us extra time for a real consultation — not a rushed five-minute version — and assumes we will be applying color through the ends as well as the roots. It is the right starting point for first-timers, bigger changes, or anyone who is not sure what to book.
Includes: Extended consultation, full application, pH-balancing deep conditioning treatment, and a signature blowout.
The Color Menu

Root touch-up only. A single-process service to maintain your existing shade at the root. If we refresh your ends, a small additional charge applies. The appointment for when your color is right and your roots are not.

Regardless of which service you book, every color appointment at Makers follows the same structure. You always know what to expect.
Color consultations at Makers happen in the chair, in person, before every appointment. No virtual consultations for color services. Pricing is always confirmed in person based on your actual hair — not a photo, not a guess. All prices listed are starting points.
Book your color service first. The color service determines the time block and the haircut gets added to it. If you book the haircut first you will not have the right amount of time. When in doubt, text Rachel before booking and she will point you in the right direction.
